Privacy Policy — Quadshot

Last updated: 8 July 2026 · applies to Quadshot v1.1.0 and later

Quadshot (“the app”) is a single-player arcade game published by bySubotic (Djordje Subotic). This policy explains exactly what data leaves your device, who receives it, and how to stop it.

Versions 1.0 and earlier were fully offline and collected nothing. From v1.1.0 the app shows ads, which means a third party — Google — receives data from your device. Everything below describes that.

What we collect ourselves

Nothing. bySubotic operates no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. We never receive your data.

What our advertising partner collects

Quadshot shows ads using the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Google collects the following from your device, as declared in Google's own privacy manifest shipped inside the SDK:

DataLinked to youUsed to track youWhy
Device identifier (IDFA / advertising ID)YesYes, only if you allow itAd personalisation, measurement
Advertising data (ads shown, taps)YesNoAd delivery, measurement
Product interaction (app opens, ad interactions)YesNoAd delivery, analytics
Coarse location (approximate, derived from IP)YesNoRegion-appropriate ads
Performance & other diagnostic dataNoNoSDK reliability
Crash dataNoNoAnalytics

Quadshot does not use precise location, contacts, photos, the microphone, the camera, or your health data. It has no user accounts and no user-generated content.

Tracking, and how to refuse it

On first launch iOS asks: “Allow Quadshot to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites?”

You can change your mind at any time: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland

Before any ad is requested, Quadshot shows Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform). If consent is required and you do not grant it, the app requests no ads at all for that session. You can reopen the form from the in-game Settings.

Purchases

“Remove Ads” is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple. We never see your name, payment details, or Apple Account. Once purchased, the app stores a single flag on your device (adsRemoved) and stops requesting ads. Use Restore purchases in Settings to recover it on a new device.

Data stored on your device only

This never leaves your device and is deleted when you delete the app.

Children

Quadshot is rated 4+ but is not directed to children and is not in the Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete. For data Google holds, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and Google's Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the “last updated” date above changes and the new version is published here before the app update ships.
