Shear Line: Lockpicking Game — Support

Shear Line is a puzzle game of locks, safes and break-ins for iPhone by Noqyris. Plan a heist one move at a time, work out a safe's code from its notes, sort a lock's pins, and pick locks by touch and by ear: 90 levels across three belts, plus a new Night Shift game every night.

Common questions

My purchase is missing. Open Settings and tap Restore next to Remove Ads, or Restore purchases at the bottom of the Store, signed in to the Apple Account that bought it. Remove Ads, the Starter Kit, the Locksmith Bundle and the Pro Pick Set come back. Loot packs, the Rescue Kit and the Loot Stash are used up as you spend them and are not restored.
How do I change my answer about ads? Settings, then Privacy & ads. The question is asked again and your new answer applies from then on.
I saw an ad that should not be there. Settings, then Report an ad, or write to the address above and say what the ad showed and roughly when.
How do I stop the reminders? Settings, then Reminders, or the iOS Settings app, then Notifications, then Shear Line. There is at most one a day.
When does the Night Shift change? It opens at level 6 and brings one game a night, the same for everyone, new at midnight where you are.
I am stuck on a level. After six tries on a level that is not a boss, you can skip it, without its stars.
Do I need an internet connection? No. Every level, the Night Shift and the Vault Run play without one. Ads and purchases need a connection.
Is my progress backed up? Progress is kept on your device and is removed if you delete the game. Purchases that last come back with Restore.
